Your days will be filled with

In this role, you will manage the organization's human resources function by administering, evaluating, and continually enhancing all HR related policies, programs, and practices. Assist with office operations and special projects.


  • Partner with managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs and work closely with managers in the recruitment processes.
  • Drive and support the yearly HR processes, such as performance reviews, appraisals and salary reviews
  • Support managers in all HR related areas such as employments, onboarding, performance management, organizational development, comp & ben, labor law etc.
  • Work in global HR projects i.e. employee survey, values and culture, team collaboration workshops.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage the employee relations. Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions.

We are looking for someone who


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred).
  • Around 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Government contracting experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of US employment law (multiple states) and all disciplines of HR.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (MS Office suite applications)
  • Experience administering employee benefits, including health, welfare and 401(k) (if applicable).
