Tobii Pro is now looking to fill the position of Customer Success & Tech Support Manager. With a rapidly expanding market, a world leadership in eye tracking research and endless business opportunities based on eye tracking technology, the potential is huge!

The role and responsibilities
You will join a stellar team who are the product experts to whom colleagues and customers turn to when in need of training, advice and technical competence. In this role, you will coordinate the daily activities of the Technical Support team, ensure execution of the Customer Success strategy and support and help the team in the transition from reactive to proactive support.
You will primarily:
- Coach and develop your team
- Be the voice of the customer within our company
- Ensure the team delivers according to our SLAs and internal processes
- Understand, define, and refine the customer base on a continuous basis
- Assesses how an organization's sales, marketing and service departments work together to deliver seamless customer service.
We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar
- Has 2+ years of relevant business experience, experience in managing and building teams
- Strong leadership skills, and a great can-do-and-succeed-together-attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and be resourceful
- You feel comfortable to interact with the tech savvy people while you can make computer novices feel supported and understood as well
- Experience of SalesForce as an Administrator
- Great communication skills in English. Other language skills are a bonus!
