The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for recruitment and staffing, compensation, performance management, training and development, and assisting in strategic planning initiatives.
Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding process
Build the employer brand of Tobii Dynavox further by initiating/coordinating and facilitating events and increase visibility in social media to build our employer brand
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action).
Research, develop, recommend and execute creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity goals.
Participate in and conduct wage and salary surveys, propose compensation revisions, implement compensation program
Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Direct the administration of workers compensation and safety initiatives
Assist or manage all internal communication with employees
Perform various other duties as assigned
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
7+ years HR Generalist experience
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including full cycle recruitment, compensation practices, performance management and employee relations
Expert knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements
Compensation administration preferred
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential preferred
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and teaming skills
Strong oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Conflict management skills
