Consumer Insight Researcher

As a Consumer Insight Researcher with Tobii Pro Insight Team, you will be accountable for the competitive proposal delivery, smooth and efficient project execution as well as insightful report analysis.

The role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional client service on day-to-day basis and achieving a high satisfaction level.

Your days will be filled with

  • Work with different verticals to provide Consumer research expertise for business development, proposal design, project management and report analysis.
  • Act as the project owner and is directly accountable for questionnaire design, project execution, and report analysis that are timely and precise according to client business needs as well as the company's quality standards.
  • Analyze study results based on mixed research methodology and deliver actionable insight under senior supervision
  • Being the key contact for client and maintain a professional and satisfactory client relationship.
  • Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations; ensure proper methodologies recommended and competitive timeline and costing estimation.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has Bachelor degree with 3-6 years experiences in consumer research, prior retail research involvement, e.g. shopper study, shelf study, will be an advantage
  • Has Good communication skill
  • Is a responsible person with ‘can-do’ attitudes
  • Has good team spirit
  • Proficiency in oral and written English is desired
  • Has sufficient knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Knowledge in biometrics consumer study and neuromarketing is a plus
  • Sufficient qualitative study experience is a plus


We find it to be a strong merit if you are familiar with market research project management and has experience in handling a tight timeline and complicated methodologies independently.

To be successful in this role and at Tobii you need to be a quick learner and have a good data and market sense with strong logical mindset.
