Senior Project Leader with eyes for both business, processes and technology​!

Firstly, we need to make it clear that for this position we are looking for a mutant! 

Scary, maybe but as our new Project Leader we need a person with not the boring, regular human-kind of eyes that most of us have (even though we like those too) but multi-faceted ones that see in more than one direction at the time! Using these Fly-eyes you will get to work with key stakeholders through the entire Tobii organization to make sure that we have the best possible solutions for our business and finding synergies between them as you go! 

You will be part of the tight knit team and report to the Head of Quality & Environment. 

The role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be leading improvement projects within both technical- as well as business- and process related fields to further develop Tobii’s organization. The position will put you in contact with managers and fellow Tobiians all over the company and the projects that you lead will be of vital importance. 

Your days will be filled with

  • Leading improvement projects of various nature (technical, business, process) 
  • Making analyses of business plans, business systems and processes to identify improvement projects and finding synergies within the Tobii Group
  • Project management tasks such as planning, risk assessments, driving workshops, ensuring retrospectives, organizing tasks and activities as well as managing cross functional project team members to achieve the project goals
  • Driving complex challenges through all levels of the organization

We are looking for someone who

  • 5+ years of experience in leading implementations Business Applications (ideally) in large projects with 200+ users (for business apps read ERP / CRM type projects) over the whole lifecycle
  • 10+ years in project management, ideally with experience in managing technical specifications and technical teams
  • A process & business-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-performing project teams
  • Eyes that can see in more than one direction at once 

We find it to be a strong merit if you have experience in Product life cycle model, Salesforce and-or Aras.
