Customer Success Manager with research background

This is the right place at the right time! Tobii Pro is now looking for another Customer Success Manager that will consult our customers in their eye tracking research. You will primarily work with our academic customers as well as our most important customers.

To succeed in this role, you will consult other researchers on eye tracking methods. This is a new role in our organization and you will build up new solutions and processes to serve our customers. You will have daily customer contact as well as working in projects.

You will be working within the newly formed (and fast growing) Customer Success and Development team which comprises of Customer Success Management, Education Services and Support Services. Curious to know more about us at Tobii Pro? Check this out: Video

Your days will be filled with: 

  • Research Funding – You will help researchers with pilot studies and grant proposals to secure funding for their research.
  • Customer Onboarding – Engage our most important customers for successful product adoption.
  • Adoption – Review study designs, share best practices and give feedback how to improve.
  • Customer Feedback – Follow up with customers and help the organization to learn from it.
  • Expansion and Advocacy – Consult customers how they can take the next step with eye tracking.
  • Education and Awareness – Give workshops, trainings and talks about eye tracking, actively engage in the research community.
  • Collaboration – You support other CSMs and other departments to drive Customer Success.
  • You will use task and communication tools like Salesforce (CRM), Office365 and GoToWebinar (online meetings).

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has successfully done eye tracking research, preferably using Tobii Pro products.
  • Has a master’s degree, preferably a PhD, in a relevant field (Psychology, Neuroscience, Business Studies, Computer Science, other behavioral sciences).
  • Understands eye tracking research to consult customers in their research process.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional languages are a big plus.
