Position Title: Sales and Business Development Manager, Integration

About the role:

Tobii is working with companies to integrate eye-tracking platforms and solutions (both hardware and software) into their products. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers integrate Tobii eye tracking technology within market segments such as healthcare, gaming/entertainment, defense, education segment, and others. You will handle sales and account management with these integration customers in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development to formulate account plans and sales strategies
  • Be the lead point of contact for assigned key accounts and their organizations
  • Analyze customer needs, build business cases and opportunity
  • Do product presentations and perform demos to excite a broad range of customer representatives to build momentum and buy-in
  • Drive growth, expand business by acquiring new accounts, and design wins
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships from pre-sales to product end-of-life
  • Negotiate contracts and achieve design wins
  • Coordinate activities between the customer and Tobii cross-functional teams (product management, field engineering/integration, marketing, etc.)
  • Identify and facilitate co-marketing opportunities with customers and partners together with marketing and product management
  • Prioritize, forecast, and track key accounts and report on account status
  • Ensure competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends
  • Act as project leader for smaller customer integration projects
  • Travel to key accounts and conferences in North America and occasionally internationally (up to 25%) when travel is permitted

The Sales and Business Development Manager position is part of the Americas Sales organization and reports to the Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development. Tobii North America offices are in Reston, VA, and Mountain View, CA. We are open to remote candidates.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5 to 7 years relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A proven track record of B2B sales and account management, preferably with electronic products or software
  • Ideally has eye tracking or similar industry experience and industry contacts
  • A passion and vision for the latest tech and applying to delight customers
  • Ability to tell a story and paint a compelling vision for the customer
  • Passion for and demonstrated success in customer facing roles, a deal maker
  • Clear ability to effectively influence at all levels of customer organizations
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
