Sourcing manager, indirect categories

The role and responsibilities

The indirect sourcing department at Tobii is a part of the Global Operations team. You will be reporting to Head of Indirect Sourcing.

As Sourcing Manager at Tobii you will have the possibility to drive sourcing activities and influence our fast-growing organization. The responsibility will include a range of indirect categories, such as Consultants, Marketing, Finance and HR Services.

A big part of the role includes building your network of internal stakeholders, becoming their preferred partner for support in all matters related to sourcing. You will be driving and implementing efficient processes and new ways of working.

Your days will be filled with

• Analyzing needs for improvements and turn them into related sourcing opportunities.

• Defining, implementing, and maintaining category strategies.

• RFx processes.

• Cost, risk and agreement management.

• Supplier relations and governance.

• Stakeholder management.

We are looking for someone who has

• 2-5 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience within indirect services.

• Experience in driving RFx processes, contract negotiations and risk management, as well as managing supplier relations and governance.

• Experience from working in cross-functional teams.

• Strong execution focus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Fluent in English.
