We are searching high and low for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our stellar sales team at Tobii Pro.

The perfect role for one who is passionate about working with people while understanding the importance of great data quality! An active role working directly with customers from across Europe and the Rest of the World, you will hold a key position in the team’s success while improving business efficiencies.

The role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have touch points across all stages of the sales process. Your key responsibilities will be focused on identifying and maintaining recurring revenue while continuing to seek new opportunities through the qualifying and nurturing of existing and new leads. You will handle the closing of orders in our CRM system Salesforce and over time will become a Salesforce superuser. Additionally, you will be utilizing your strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to spot market trends and be able to display these through customized dashboards and reports when required.

Your days will be filled with but not limited to the following:

  • Driving recurring revenue within the Tobii Pro EUROW Sales Team. 
  • Handling and qualifying incoming leads. 
  • Supporting ad-hoc customer requests. 
  • Lead researching and generating qualified leads.
  • Supporting Account Managers by issuing quotations and processing sales orders.
  • Be a key stakeholder in cleaning up data and evaluate usage models to enhance Salesforce platform effectiveness.
  • Detect emerging customers and market trends to leverage sales efforts.
  • Interacting daily with your fellow employees, account managers, resellers and customers.

We are looking for someone 

  • With 2+ years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • With 2+ years of experience hands on with Salesforce.
  • Fluency in Swedish
  • With business level English in reading, writing and speaking. 
  • Has excellent telephone manner and written skills.
  • Has great social skills and high energy.
  • With excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and be resourceful. 

We find it to be a strong merit if you have experience working within an international team communicating in English is a pre-requisite.
