Inside Sales Coordinator

 Where you´ll work

In this role you will support the Tobii Pro North America headquarters based in Reston VA.

Tobii Pro supplies eye tracking-based solutions for testing and analysis purposes. Tobii’s solutions are used to develop and enhance product design and interface by giants like Google, Microsoft, Unilever and Sony. Eye tracking is also used by researchers in a variety of academic disciplines. If you want to work with innovative, market-leading products, we may have just the job for you!

This position reports to the Senior Inside Sales Manager.

Your days will be filled with

  • Research new leads and accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • CRM data entry and daily management of leads, opportunities, and pipelines
  • Understand customer needs and requirements as they pertain to our industry-leading eye tracking technology
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Managers for further development
  • Assist with reoccurring business opportunities including rentals and contract renewals
  • Contribute to efficiency of the backend sales process
  • Contribute to sales targets
  • Generate sales Quotations
  • Handle Customer Inquiries


  • An undergraduate degree in business, psychology, communications, marketing, or similar field
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably with scientific or technology-related products
  • Experience selling into or working with universities, non-profits, or government entities is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a desire to work in a small organization with a large degree of autonomy
  • Experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a required.
  • Occasional travel required
  • Detail Oriented
  • Able to multi-task in a fast pace work environment
