In this role you will support the Tobii Pro North America headquarters based in Reston VA.

Where you´ll work

Tobii Pro supplies eye tracking-based solutions for testing and analysis purposes. Tobii’s solutions are used to develop and enhance product design and interface by giants like Google, Microsoft, Unilever and Sony. Eye tracking is also used by researchers in a variety of academic disciplines. If you want to work with innovative, market-leading products, we may have just the job for you!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of facilitating a lifelong, positive experience from within the heart of the customer-focused CS&D team at Tobii Pro.

The Role and Key Responsibilities


  • Running the customer onboarding program and introducing new customers to the wealth of informational and training resources available to them
  • Working with Sales, Technical Support, and Training to help set expectations at the start of their learning journey
  • Providing onsite and online training to customers who want an in-person guided learning experience


  • Has a minimum of two - three years of experience in training, customer service, or other active customer-facing position, preferably with a technology company
  • Has a four-year university degree in a technical, scientific, business, informational technology or related field
  • Has effective and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to users of all levels
  • Has worked with CRM (Salesforce), Office 365/SharePoint
  • Has the ability to develop and report work performance metrics for tracking
  • Has a broad understanding of information technologies, sciences and technology, clinical, and manufacturing domains
