Tobii Tech's mission to make tomorrows technology even more adapted to natural human behavior is getting real. As you read this we are integrating Tobii’s core eye tracking technology into laptops, VR and AR headsets, we are developing eye tracking functionalities for games and we are taking yet another step into the ESPORT arena. What is next to come? The PM will be part of the Product and integrations group which includes product management and report to the VP Products and Integrations but will interact with the Product Managers within both Platforms and Products.
The Sr IPM will have be responsible for a team of currently 2 IPMs in Taipei.

Your days will be filled with

The main responsibility for the Senior Integration Program Manager (Sr IPM) is to be the overall program manager for integration projects of Tobii platform and technologies into an OEM’s product in the APAC region. The Sr IPM manager is the customer’s and its ODM’s integrations projects’ single point of technical contact and technically responsible for such integration projects from the point of design win. The role also includes some pre-sales work together with Sales and requirements gathering for product management

  • End-2-end ownership of the integration project(s) and their commercial success. Together with the sales manager, be the main point of contact for the customer beyond design win.  Typical customers are the major consumer electronics OEMs and ODMs such as Dell, HPO, HTC, Acer, Asus, BenQ, Compal, Quanta, Goertek, Lenovo, Samsung, Huawei, Xioamei, Sony etc.
  • Coordinate the integration process between the customer and Tobii functions such as:
    1. Operations: Drive vendor qualification and production related aspects with Operations and Purchasing
    2. R&D: facilitate and coordinate interactions between Tobii R&D integration project and customer and ODM.,
    3. Support: Facilitate support questions together with Tobii support team
    4. Marketing: Together with Sales ensure customer marketing team understands the end user value. Ensure customer marketing performs a strong end user launch by liaising both with customer and Tobii marketing teams.
    5. Product: Drive product questions with Customer and Tobii Product management team
  • Do product presentations and perform demos to excite a broad range of customer representatives to build momentum and buy-in for the launch
  • Perform meetings with customer with and without Sales
  • Assist product manager to get requirements from customer, to define product material needed
  • Assist product managers and R&D to define potential customer adaptation and make sure that such adaptations are beneficial for Tobii as well as the customer
  • Write and adapt product materials in corporation with product managers.

To be successful in this role and at Tobii you need to have a profound interest in technology, curiosity for user interfaces and interest in gaming


We are looking for someone who

  • At least 3-7 years’ experience from working as a Software developer and systems engineer or similar in a technology company
  • The PM should also have a technical degree in Bachelor of Science or higher.
  • It would be highly preferable if you have experience in PC and/or VR products development and has knowledgeable system overview of VR products.
  • Very good English skills especially orally since all internal communication to HQ is in English

We find it to be a strong merit if you have the ability to travel since the position requires ability to travel to customer’s sites including all region in APAC, Stockholm for a tight cooperation with HQ functions, and Tobii sales team in China.
