We are looking for a regional Marketing Manager leadership role who will be responsible for building and executing marketing programs including campaigns, events, and digital marketing around PC, XR, Automotive, Scientific research, and Enterprise. You are the local brand advocate. Your position is both a strategic and operative role where you are hands-on but also work strategically. You have the global Marketing team in Stockholm to support you. And a Marketing team in China who reports to you.
1, Proactively own and implement the region-specific marketing plan for customer acquisition and expansion. Including campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
2, Identify local events, conferences, and meetings, to attend or host, and plan and execute it locally.
3, Work closely with the Marketing team in Stockholm, to make sure we reuse as many campaigns and communication activities as possible in the Asian market.
4, Manage and grow the local marketing team.
5, Work closely with regional sales managers to develop and deliver marketing plans in full alignment between sales and marketing
6, Be the local brand advocate; ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines throughout all local marketing communications, promotional materials, and events.
7, Take on continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends, by using your talent for recognizing market trends and the forces driving the business.
8, Work closely with regional sales managers to develop and deliver marketing plans in full alignment between sales and marketing.
9, Local presence of our brand , and ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines.
10, Owner of local Marketing spending budget
11, Great knowledge in PC and XR market and ecosystem
12, Be the local brand advocate; ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines throughout all local marketing communications, promotional materials, and events.

Knowledge, skills, experience, education:
1, Solid knowledge and proven work experience in digital B2B-marketing
2, Proven project management skills
3, Fluent / Professional level in both English and in Mandarin
4, University degree in marketing/communications or equivalent
5, Min. 5 years work experience in a larger marketing department or marketing agency
