We are on the look-out for our next team member who will join our Tech Support Team at Tobii Pro. Are you our next Technical Support Engineer? You will join a stellar team who are the product experts to whom colleagues and customers turn to when in need of training, advice and technical competence. Based in our headquarters in Danderyd, Stockholm, you would become member of the team reporting to our Manager of Customer Success & Development.

With a ”can do” attitude this is the job for you who have a firm belief that everything gets easier with a smile and a helping hand. If something needs done you do it, if something needs to be improved you improve it, if someone looks down you give them a smile!

At Tobii Pro we build strong, long lasting relations with our customers and actively work to obtain and develop broad knowledge of their needs and how they can use our eye tracking technology so that they can understand human behavior. The role and responsibilities
You will together with the rest of the Tech Support team play a vital role in ensuring our customers are well taken care of. You will be their go-to person when they are in need of guidance.

Your days will be filled with:

  • Supporting our customers and sales representatives with support issues via phone, e-mail, instant messaging.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with eye trackers, firmware and software application analysis.
  • Analyzing feedback to improve processes and create a better user experience.
  • Educating the organization and customers on new and existing products.
  • Travel to deliver trainings to our customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in working with customer service, technical and product support.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Enjoying a customer facing role where you feel comfortable to interact with the tech savvy people while you can make computer novices feel supported and understood as well.
  • A problem solving attitude. You know that turning that customers frown upside down and eventually adding a smile on their face equals a job well done 😊
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and/or French is a plus.
  • Loves tackling interesting challenges and have an interest in new technology.

It is meriting if you have previous experience in SalesForce and eye tracking. In summary we believe you are able to speak in front of customers, adore working with people and enjoy learning about new technology. You are flexible and have positive we-can-do-it kind of attitude.
