Where you´ll work

Tobii Tech's mission to make tomorrows technology even more adapted to natural human behavior is getting real. As you read this we are integrating Tobii’s core eye tracking technology into laptops, VR and AR headsets, we are developing eye tracking functionalities for games and we are taking yet another step into the ESPORT arena. What is next to come? Only we know.

Our Taipei office is located at Xinyi Dist, the most cosmopolitan district of Taipei which fits us just right! Here, you will work with friendly, funny, energetic Tobiians that each and every day strive to beat yesterday!

Your days will be filled with

The primary tasks include managing customer support as well as actively work on pro-active support solutions such as video or text content. By actively reporting issues as well as gathering customer feedback, you will have the opportunity to influence future high technology products both within hardware and software. 

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Global Technical Support Manager based in Stockholm, Sweden.

  • Customer, End-User, support through calls and e-mails.
  • Testing and reporting of problems and potential risks to Tobii HQ.
  • Keep yourself up to date on our products and partners’ products (both HW & SW)
  • Testing, evaluating and documenting software, games and hardware. 
  • Occasional On-site Key-customer support. 
  • Other task assigned by manager


Are you our next Tobiian?

We are looking for someone who

  • Loves high technology products 
  • Enjoys playing games on a regular basis
  • Can communicate with international users in English and Chinese via phone and email. 
  • Has university education 
  • Is experienced in Windows OS (Android, Linux & Mac is a plus). 
  • Experience in online customer answering or calling center is a plus.
