We need someone who will be a crucial part of developing Tobii Driver Monitoring System (Tobii DMS) - a powerful solution for identifying drivers and assessing their attention.
As a Requirement Specialist in our Automotive department, you will work on innovative solutions to make driving safer.

As a Requirements Specialist or System Engineer as we will call you, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.
You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and defining product requirements, ensuring that they are technically feasible and aligned with customer needs. You will be working closely with the product teams to translate customer needs into a set of product features and requirements that can be used to guide product development. You will also be responsible for monitoring and communicating changes to requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that everyone involved is updated with any changes.
We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. As a Requirements Specialist, you will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise requirements that are easy for everyone to understand. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Requirements Specialist or Business Analyst in a product development environment in the automotive sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of requirements management tools such as Polarion, Doors or similar
