Account Manager - Scientific Research (Australia & New Zealand)

In this role you will work as a consultant and the role will require you to, at first, work from a home-office preferably in the South, South-East regions of Australia where most of our Australian customers are located. You will of course have access to supporting functions at our Headquarters in Stockholm.  Watch this 2 min video if you want to know more about what we do.

The role and responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to raise awareness for eye tracking as a research tool to existing and new customers, partners as well as resellers, with the goal to introduce and elevate eye tracking sales in new and established markets. 

We are looking for someone who has 

  • A graduate degree in business, psychology, engineering, marketing, neuroscience or similar.
  • A technical understanding and the ability to transfer this knowledge to customers, sales colleagues, and development teams.
  • Experience with eye tracking during education or work.
  • Great presentation skills and a consultative approach with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required. 
  • Fluency in one additional language is considered a plus.
