Our solutions
Our solutions help our customers to leverage eye tracking and the data brought to you by attention computing in research, development, and commercialization no matter what your industry. We have three main segments within Tobii. Products & Solutions, Integrations and Autosense and in the role as as VP Sales, Region Asia, you will be working with all three segments.
More about the role
As VP of Sales, Region Asia, you will be accountable to secure revenue and create market contribution for Tobii business in Asia (Japan, China, Korea and Taiwan) You will lead the regional team and attract, retain and develop talents. We also get the opportunity to represent Tobii in the region meaning being a spokesperson and legal representative. Additionally, you'll lead and develop the regional sales team and local support functions of 50 people.
You’ll be part of the Sales & Marketing Management Team and will collaborate closely with our other Regional Sales VP:s and VP of Segments. The role is reporting directly to Ann Emilsson, EVP of Sales & Marketing.
This role offers travel opportunities but with a home base in Tobii’s office in Tokyo/Japan or Suzhou/China. A great opportunity, right!
Your days will be filled with
- Sales and account planning
- Secure sales according to targets and business plan
- Together with Segments develop the business and our existing customers
- Together with Marketing build awareness with key market players
- Win new accounts and business through different purchasing processes
- Create a good local Tobii spirit leading to a cross-company collaboration and learning

- Experience from international business and Asia market (Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan)
- Experience of key account sales (complex sales)
- Experience of being a manager with full personnel responsibility
- Experienced leader of cross country and multi-cultural teams
- Experience from Tech industry
- Business acumen
Tobii is an international company, and you will be working worldwide with our customers, so we expect you to be fluent in English. If you know any Asian languages, it’s a plus!
