With a passion for marketing and technology
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. Key responsibilities include project leading of content creation, social media management, campaign analysis, and optimizing digital channels. To succeed in this role, we would love you to have experience with digital marketing, proactive mindset and has experience from working with digital marketing B2B. You will be reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications of the Global Marketing team at Tobii's Headquarters.
A week could look like this:
- Develop and project lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO) to drive lead generation and brand visibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to create content and strategies that align with sales goals, nurturing leads through the marketing funnel
- Manage and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pardot, etc.), providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns
- Project lead content marketing strategies, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and other industry-relevant materials tailored to B2B audiences
- Together with sales identify local events, conferences, meetings, to attend or host, and plan and execute it locally
- Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and other digital experiences to engage prospects and nurture client relationships
To succeed in this role, we would love you to have:
- Three (3)+ years marketing experience whether in-house or PR agency background. B2B is preferred or B2C with long sales cycles
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including expertise in managing online campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and utilizing analytics tools to drive performance
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- A creative mind with excellent project management skills and execution of marketing campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, yet being self-propelled and can lead your own projects
