Are you ready to lead the charge in order fulfillment and logistics for a global company, ensuring every step of the order-to-cash process runs like clockwork? We are excited to welcome our new Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Tokyo, Japan office 🚀

You will be at the center of our dynamic operations in Tokyo as you play a pivotal role in handling Japanese sales orders, improving the customer experience, and optimizing business processes. You will make an impact within the Global Order Management team and will report directly to the Business Operations Manager based in Stockholm HQ.

This is how you will fulfill this role:

• Be at the forefront of the Japanese order fulfillment process
• Be the gatekeeper for order quality, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail before confirming orders
• Process and confirm order details, providing support throughout the delivery process
• Manage and maintain the Order Management case queue in Salesforce

You will be the master of logistics by:

• Handling the shipping, tracking, and management of rental and subscription shipments between the Tobii Japan office and clients
• Being the local contact person for carriers and logistics partners in Japan

As our Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Support, Finance, Purchasing, and Production to ensure seamless operations. Your role will include verifying that all orders meet logistical, financial, and legal standards.

What makes you a perfect fit:

• Proven experience working with order fulfillment, logistics or related field
• Experience in using CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus
• Preferably a degree in business studies, logistics, operations, or related field
• Good English communication skills, oral and written
• A native Japanese speaker
