ERP Application Specialist at Tobii

We are now looking for an ERP Application Specialist to take ownership of a business-critical ERP system within a global tech organization. This is a hands-on and hybrid role, combining operational support, change management and improvement initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, act as the bridge to external ERP partners and play a key part in maintaining and evolving our ERP environment.
The role
As ERP Application Specialist, you are the technical owner of our ERP service, currently based on Visma Business. You ensure the system supports end-to-end business processes and that it fits into our broader applications and data landscape. You work closely with business stakeholders in Finance, Supply, Logistics, Production, and Order Management.
The role combines advanced support, configuration, and continuous improvement. You translate business requirements into sustainable solutions and take responsibility for implementing changes from design through testing to release.
Your focus areas include:
Resolving complex transactional and data related issues within finance and logistics flows
Driving improvements, upgrades and regulatory adaptations
Managing configuration and validating changes in test environments
Coordinating external ERP partners and securing quality before go-live
You are part of the Applications and BI team within Global IT.
Your profile
We believe you bring solid experience from working hands-on with ERP systems in a business-facing role. You may have grown into this position from a Business Analyst background, worked within Finance or Logistics with strong system ownership, or acted as an ERP Specialist or Consultant.
You likely have:
Experience from ERP implementations or major upgrades, preferably within Finance or Logistics
Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP processes across Finance or Logistics (including Order Management, Supply, Warehousing, Production)
Experience working with configuration, enhancements and change management
Understanding of databases, integrations and system architecture
Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions
Experience working closely with external ERP partners
Excellent English communication skills
Experience with SQL is highly valued
Familiarity with financial applications, including invoice management, approval flows, and group consolidation, is also considered an advantage
You are pragmatic and grounded, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset. You take ownership, build trust with stakeholders and deliver with reliability. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and where your ability to adapt creates real value.
