Being a Project Manger
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex engineering initiatives, ensuring all work packages are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, enabling aligned execution and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
Here’s what your normal day looks like:
Lead scoping, planning, execution, and successful delivery across multiple workstreams and teams of complex engineering projects
Orchestrate collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers to maintain team velocity
Manage complex dependencies while proactively identifying risks, issues, priorities, and trade-offs in a highly dynamic environment
Drive structured communication and reporting to support decision-making at all levels
To succeed in this role, we would love you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Politehnica (or Cybernetics from ASE)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment
Strong Agile background – PSM certification or solid hands-on experience with SCRUM methodology
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead stakeholders’ workshops to clarify requirements and scope
Clear, concise, structured and audience-appropriate communication style that enables decision making at all levels
Highly structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset
It’s a plus if you have:
Experience in Automotive or similar technical domains
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or Notion
Openness to leveraging AI to improve team efficiency and delivery
