Director, Corporate Communications
Shape the story behind a global technology leader
Tobii is the global leader in eye tracking and attention computing. We're looking for a Director, Corporate Communications to strengthen Tobii's corporate reputation and external visibility, and to ensure clear, consistent and credible communication with our key stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, strategic and hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll be a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership while personally owning and executing Tobii's corporate and external communications agenda.
What you'll do
• Advise the CEO and Executive Management Team on strategic communications and executive messaging
• Shape and maintain Tobii's corporate narrative and ensure consistent messaging across the company
• Lead corporate announcements, press releases, media statements, talking points, Q&A and other external communications
• Develop and execute an external communications plan, manage key media relationships and prepare executives for interviews and public engagements
• Drive financial communications with the CEO, CFO and Finance, including reporting, earnings calls, investor communications and the Annual General Meeting
• Own Tobii's crisis communication framework and advise executive leadership during business-critical situations
• Support major internal communications in partnership with People & Growth
• Contribute to corporate brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice in close collaboration with Marketing, and support selected public affairs matters relevant to Tobii
Who you are
You are a senior communications professional with excellent writing skills, strong business judgment and the confidence to advise senior executives. You are equally comfortable setting direction and doing the work yourself. You operate independently, build trust quickly and turn complex business topics into clear, credible and compelling communication.
What you'll bring
• Significant experience in corporate communications, external communications, public relations or executive communications
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Strong experience working with media, press releases and broader external communications
• Experience with financial or investor communications; experience supporting a publicly listed company is highly desirable
• Strong judgment, integrity and the ability to influence across functions and operate independently without a dedicated team
Why Tobii?
At Tobii, you'll have the opportunity to shape the reputation and voice of a global technology pioneer. You'll work directly with the CEO, influence strategic decisions and help tell the story of innovations that change how people interact with technology.
This is a role with real impact, visibility and ownership for someone who values both strategic influence and hands-on execution.
